China's central banker <a href ="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhou_Xiaochuan">Zhou Xiaochuan</a> recently made strong case to dethrone the dollar. There's only one problem: 70% of China's $2 trillion in foreign reserves is in US Dollars.
